Crescent Foods Halal Ground Beef

Turkish Adana Kababs

Ingredients

1 lb Crescent Foods Ground Beef 
1 white onion, diced 
2 roasted bell peppers 
1/2 cup Cilantro or Parsley  
1 Tbsp Red chili flakes   
1Tbsp Sumac  
1 tsp Cayenne pepper  
6-8 Garlic Cloves  
1 tsp Garam masala  
1 tsp Cumin roasted  
1 tsp Salt 
1/2 tsp Black Pepper  
Oil to spray

Method

  1. Chop everything except for beef in the chopper. Process until well ground and mixed.
  2. Add the chopped veggies to the beef and knead with your hand or knife.
  3. Wet your hands and place a quarter of the beef mixture onto each skewer. One easy method is to use a 1-ounce scoop to form balls, thread a few onto each skewer, and then mash them together to form the kebab shape.
  4. Grill the kebabs for approximately 12 minutes, until well charred on both sides. Sprinkle the spice mix over the kebabs while they are cooking.
