Ingredients
1 lb Crescent Foods Ground Beef
1 white onion, diced
2 roasted bell peppers
1/2 cup Cilantro or Parsley
1 Tbsp Red chili flakes
1Tbsp Sumac
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
6-8 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cumin roasted
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Oil to spray
Method
- Chop everything except for beef in the chopper. Process until well ground and mixed.
- Add the chopped veggies to the beef and knead with your hand or knife.
- Wet your hands and place a quarter of the beef mixture onto each skewer. One easy method is to use a 1-ounce scoop to form balls, thread a few onto each skewer, and then mash them together to form the kebab shape.
- Grill the kebabs for approximately 12 minutes, until well charred on both sides. Sprinkle the spice mix over the kebabs while they are cooking.
