Leftover Turkey Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes, Cheese, and Cranberry Pepper Chutney



  • Leftover Crescent Foods Halal Hand Cut Turkey
  • Butter
  • Gravy
  • Chili paste
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Buns
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Cheese
  • Cranberry pepper chutney



  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt some butter.
  2. Add the leftover turkey to the pan and cook until heated through.
  3. Add a few spoonfuls of gravy to the pan and mix to combine.
  4. Add the chili paste, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper to the pan and mix to combine.
  5. Toast the buns.
  6. Spread some of the gravy on the bottom bun.
  7. Add a scoop of mashed potatoes to the tio bun.
  8. Add a slice of cheese to the mashed potatoes.
  9. Add the turkey mixture
  10. Add a scoop of cranberry pepper chutney to the turkey mixture.
  11. Place the top bun on the sandwich and enjoy!


  • If you don’t have any leftover gravy, you can make a simple gravy by combining chicken broth, cornstarch, and butter.
  • If you don’t have any cranberry pepper chutney, you can use regular cranberry sauce or another type of chutney.
  • You can also add other toppings to your sandwich, such as avocado, lettuce, or tomato.
