Update on COVID-19 preparedness
Ingredients
1 lb Crescent Foods Lamb Stew Meat
1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
1 Tbsp Roasted & crushed coriander
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Onions finely chopped
6 Black peppercorns
Tomato 1 (chopped)
5-5 Green chilies split into two
2 Tbsp Cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp Crushed red chilies
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 pinch Turmeric
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Water as required
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Yogurt
Method
- Turn on your instant pot on sauté, add oil, add Crescent Foods lamb. Sauté for few mins till the color changes, add ginger & garlic paste sauté till the raw aroma goes away.
- Add spices & sauté for 2-4 mins.
- Add tomatoes and pressure cook on high for 4 mins.
- Release the pressure, now add yogurt and sauté again till the oil separates.
- Add fried onion and red round chilies. Garnish with cilantro and garam masala. Enjoy with basmati rice or fresh roti.
