Keto-Friendly Grilled Chicken Salad


  • 1 Crescent Foods Chicken Breast
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 1-2 hard-boiled Eggs cut in half
  • 4-5 Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
  • ¼ cup frozen Carrots
  • ¼ Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the chicken breast on a heated grill and season over top with some salt and pepper
  2. Let the chicken cook for about 7-8 minutes, then flip to the other side until cooked through, and set aside
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, put some frozen carrots and steam in the microwave for 1-2 minutes
  4. To assemble, place the lettuce and arugula on a plate, then add the eggs, tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers over top
  5. Top with the grilled chicken
  6. Optional: drizzle your favorite salad dressing over top
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
