Burger Sauce
One Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt Cup
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Ketchup
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Splash Pickle Juice (I used from the pickle jar)
Splash Water
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Method
- Make sauce by adding the ingredients into a bowl.
- Grill the patties and melt colby jack cheese on them.
- Add to any bread of your choice, leaf lettuce, red onion, pickles, tomatoes, sauce, and the patty. You can choose to chop it up and make it grounded if you add to a wrap.
