Air Fried Tandoori Masala Whole Chicken


1 Whole Crescent Foods Chicken without skin 
3 Tbsp Tandoor masala 
1 Tbsp Fresh G3 paste (Ginger, garlic & Green chili) 
1 Tbsp Coriander powder  
1 tsp Cumin 
1 tsp Red Chili powder  
1 tsp Chili flakes 
1 Tbsp Salt  
1 Black Cardamom 
1/2 inch Cinnamon stick  
1 cup Water 
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi


  1. Wash whole chicken and drain, soak in vinegar for 30 mins.  
  2. Make deep slits on chicken. Keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine together all the dry spices add lemon juice and rub on chicken. Marinate for 2-4 hrs. 
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water with 2 Tbsp of vinegar, add black cardamom, cinnamon stick into your instant pot and place trivet with the chicken in a foil also add lemon and green chilies inside the foil. Pressure cook for 12 mins for big chicken and for small 10 mins. 
  5. Release the pressure and bring your chicken to room temp.
  6. Preheat air fryer. Bruch oil on chicken. 
  7. Air fry whole chicken on the air fryer on 340 F for 15-20, turning over halfway through.
  8. Remove chicken from the air fryer once done. Squeeze lemon juice over it chicken and serve with fries or sautéed veggies.
