5 Ingredient Taco Meat

A 5 ingredient fix that can turn any dish into a Fiesta!


  • 1 lb Angus Ground Beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • Taco Sauce – per personal flavor
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • Universal Ingredients: oil, salt, pepper, water


  • Add some oil to a pan and allow pan to heat up. Once heated, add the chopped onions to the pan and cook them til slightly translucent
  • Place the ground beef in the pan and cook through until all water from the beef evaporates and the meat becomes dry
  • Stir in the tomatoes, taco sauce, seasoning mix, and ¾ cups of water. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes on low heat so that the flavors blend together nicely
