Summer Chicken Salad
-Dried cranberries (totally extra)
-Your favorite vinaigrette (Raspberry Vinaigrette is perfect here)
For the chicken breast:
-1 packet Crescent Foods chicken breast
-3/4 tsp of the following: paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/4 cup olive oil
- Divide the chicken breast in half and add the olive oil and seasonings and mix well.
- Air fry the chicken on 400 for 20 minutes, flipping half way. Let it cool before cutting, and topping it onto the salad.
