Sumac Chicken



  • 1 IB Crescent Foods Drumsticks
  • 2 tbs Sumac
  • 1 tsp All Spice 
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil 


  • 3 thinly sliced White Onions 
  • 1/2 tsp Sumac 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 
  • 3 tbsp olive oil 


  1. Mix chicken in all of its ingredients then sauté in a pan with olive oil for 5-7 minutes until cooked through on medium heat 
  2. Set aside once cooked and remove extra juices from pan 
  3. Using the same pan, sauté the onions in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and sumac. Cook down for 10 minutes until caramelized  
  4. Combine the chicken to the onions and plate in desired dish 
  5. Garnish with toasted pine nuts and parsley, and serve with warm rice or pita. Enjoy!
