Ingredients
8 ea. Tostada Chips
2 C. Refried Black Beans
2 C Shredded Lettuce
2 ea. Marinated Ranchero Style Steak – Grilled to desire doneness and thinly sliced
2 C. Guacamole
¾ C. Pico De Gallo
¾ C. Onion Relish
1 C. Crumbled Queso Fresco
Sriracha Sauce Drizzle
Method
Place the steak in a mixing bowl and sprinkle the seasoning between the 2 steaks. Set aside to allow flavors to set in. About ½ hour. On a hot grill or grill pan cook the steaks to desire doneness. Once steaks are cooked let steaks rest for about 4 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Layer with other ingredients for delicious tostada!
