Update on COVID-19 preparedness
Ingredients
- 1 pack Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/3 cup flour
Method
- Cut the chicken into 1 in cubes
- Season chicken with above seasonings
- Coat chicken in the seasoned flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs
- Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure not to crowd the pan
- Bake in oven at 400 F for 8-10 minutes on each side
- Sprinkle with salt and enjoy with your choice of dipping sauce
