Loaded Nachos

Ingredients

  • Taco Seasoning
  • 1pound of ground beef cooked
  • 1/2yellow onion diced
  • 2 bags of tortilla chips (16 ounces each)
  • 16 ounces of shredded cheese of choice
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 green onions
  • Salsa of choice

Method

  1. Cook ground beef and diced yellow onion. Add taco seasoning and cook until ground beef is browned.
  2. While beef is cooking, dice the tomatoes and slice the green onions.
  3. Drain grease from beef and set aside.
  4. Spread half the tortilla chips on a tray, top with half of the shredded cheese, half the ground beef, and some salsa. Layer another remaining nacho chips on top.
  5. Top with remaining cheese, ground beef, salsa, diced tomato, green onions, and cheese.
