Korean Chicken Bites
2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup gochujang paste
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar or 1/2 cup honey
6 cloves of crushed garlic
- Add some oil in your pan and cook the chicken till it’s almost done. Take it out and set it aside.
- In a bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add this to the pan. When it starts bubbling add in the chicken and coat really well.
- Cook together till done. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds
