Cilantro-Lime Chicken Shawarma Platter


1 pack Crescent Foods Cilantro-Lime Seasoned Chicken Breast

1 tablespoon oil

For the Hummus:

16 Oz. cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

1 clove garlic

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon black pepper powder

Salt to taste

¼ cup water

2 ice cubes

For the Platter:






Pita Bread


Prepare the chicken shawarma:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree F
  2. Brush a sheet pan baking dish with oil and place the seasoned chicken breast on the dish.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes and turn over midway to ensure the chicken is completely cooked.
  4. Once cooked, slice the chicken pieces and cover, set aside.

For the Hummus,

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend to a thick paste consistency. Transfer to a dish, drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Prepare the Platter with chicken strips, Pita, Hummus, Vegetables and Pickles of your choice.
