Ingredients
- Crescent Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh ½ kg
- Cream 1 cup
- Tomato Paste 1 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Onion Paste 1 cup
- Green Chilies 4
- Corinader Leaves as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method
- In a pan, heat oil and add onion paste.
- When aroma comes add tomato paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic, and fry well.
- Now in chicken add masala and fry.
- Then add tomato paste, yogurt, and cream and cover it, cook on slow flame.
- When chicken is tender, add green chilies, coriander leaves, butter and remove from the stove.
- Chicken Malai Handi is ready. Enjoy.
