Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Crescent Foods Ground Chicken
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
8-10 Large lettuce leaves
Toppings
- 1 cup Shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup Grated carrots
- 2-3 Spring onions
- ½ Thinly sliced red pepper
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Sriracha
- Lime wedges
PREPARATION
1. Heat a pan on medium high heat. Once heated, add in the ground chicken along with garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, pepper and red pepper flakes.
2. Cook till chicken is no longer pink, and flavours are well combined. Let cool
3. Place 8-10 large lettuce leaves separate on a large plate or platter.
4. Spoon 2-3 tbsps of the ground chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf and top with your choice of toppings, carrots, red cabbage, spring onions, sesame seeds and end off with a squeeze of lime juice and sriracha
