Ingredients
Chicken Kebab Skewers
- 3 of Crescent Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs seven spice
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
Tahini Salad
- 1/2 red bell pepper or large tomato
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
- 3 small cucumbers finely cut
- 1/4 diced red onions
- 2-3 tbs tahini paste
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 2-3 tbs water
- Salt to taste (be generous)
Method
Kebab:
- Marinade the chicken for 6 hours or overnight with above above ingredients
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Place chicken on nonstick baking pan
- Bake for 8 min on each side
- Broil for 1 min on high
- Place on skewers and enjoy!
Tahini Salad
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
