Chicken Kebab Skewers


Tahini Salad 

  • 1/2 red bell pepper or large tomato 
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley or cilantro 
  • 3 small cucumbers finely cut 
  • 1/4 diced red onions 
  • 2-3 tbs tahini paste 
  • 1 tbs olive oil 
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed 
  • 2-3 tbs water 
  • Salt to taste (be generous)



  1. Marinade the chicken for 6 hours or overnight with above above ingredients 
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F 
  3. Place chicken on nonstick baking pan 
  4. Bake for 8 min on each side 
  5. Broil for 1 min on high 
  6. Place on skewers and enjoy! 

Tahini Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
