Cauliflower Chicken Pizza


  • For the Chicken
    • 1 lb Crescent Foods Chicken Thighs
    • 1 ½ tbs Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix
    • 1 tbs Garlic Ginger Paste
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tbs Olive Oil
  • For the Crust
    • 1 head Cauliflower
    • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbs Olive Oil
    • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
    • ¼ tsp Dried Oregano
    • Salt to taste
  • Toppings
    • Chicken
    • 1 cup Marinara or Pizza Sauce (store bought works great)
    • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
    • ½ Green Bell Pepper sliced
    • 5 White Mushrooms sliced
    • ½ Onion sliced or chopped
    • Any additional toppings of your choice


  1. For the Crust
    1. Cut the cauliflower into cubes, place in a food processor and pulse until fully processed
    2. Place the cauliflower in a strainer and strain any excess water
    3. Once strained, put the cauliflower back in the food processer and add the egg, cheese, garlic powder, oregano, oil, and salt. Pulse until fully combined
    4. On a parchment paper lined tray, spray some oil then place the cauliflower mixture and spread evenly
    5. In a 350 F preheated oven, let the crust bake for 1 hour, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  2. For the chicken
    1. Heat a skillet with some oil
    2. While the skillet it heating, cut up the chicken into cubes and add to the heated pan
    3. Cook the chicken slightly, then add the garlic ginger paste and seasonings and mix well
    4. Let the chicken cook through for about 10-15 minutes, while occasionally mixing in between
    5. Once chicken is cooked, set aside until you’re ready to assemble the pizza
  3. To assemble
    1. Spread the marinara on to the pre-baked crust
    2. Add all toppings except cheese on top of the layer of marinara
    3. Once all toppings are added, sprinkle the cheese over them
    4. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly golden
    5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
