Update on COVID-19 preparedness
Ingredients
-1 packet Crescent Foods beef boneless stew
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp mayo
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp paprika
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp coriander powder
-2 large green bell peppers
-2 large red bell peppers
-1 medium red onion
Method
- Cut up the striploin steak into chunks, about 1 inch in size. Add them to a bowl along with the spices and olive oil and mayo.
- Mix well and marinate for 2 hours or more. Once marinated, add onto a skewer with the vegetables and grill on high until the desired done-ness, or bake covered at 425 for half an hour.
- If you’re using wooden skewers (for grilling or the oven) make sure you soak them in cold water for half an hour before using them.
