Ingredients

Ground Lamb 85/15
Boneless Skinless Thigh
Drumsticks
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1 ½ tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground mace
1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Method

  1. Combine coriander, cumin, garlic powder, ginger, cloves, mace, fenugreek, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, and nutmeg together in a bowl; store in an airtight container.
  2. This will be your spice mix and add depending on your spice level to the meat. Marinate for at least 24 hours and grill or bake in the oven! Enjoy.
